The plan was in place. Having accumulated more than 23 years of extensive culinary experience spanning various Indian cuisines, Manikandan Raghavan had never encountered negative feedback throughout his career. Fueled by his unwavering passion for cooking and a profound belief in the idea that "serving people is serving God," he was inspired to establish a vegetarian restaurant.
